Pig
This building was built for the family business of F. A. Arend Butter & Eggs/ Hill Top Creamery in the early 1900s. They delivered butter and eggs with horse drawn wagons.
And after this renovation that combines the history of this building with contemporary details, it is once again a family business that takes care of their neighborhood.
The Pickled Pig, creates one of a kind hand smoked meats, fermented delights, such as kimchee, sour pickles, krauts and dishes that evoke memories while experiencing new tastes.
