Pendleton is a walkable neighborhood on the east side of Over-the-Rhine Historic District,  north of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio and is home to historic architecture, unique businesses and the Pendleton Art Center district with over 150 artists.  

Across the street from the Art Center, the Pendleton Street Townhomes is a 5-unit development that includes (4) New Townhomes and (1) Renovated 1870's era Historic Townhouse.   The design builds on historic neighborhood precedents of street-scape rhythm, cast stone banding above and below the windows. It maintains a vertical emphasis in its form, 2:1 double hung window proportions and contrasting masonry.

 

The project received LEED Gold Certification for its commitment to sustainable design.
