Northside Residence

This wooded Northside home in Cincinnati has seen a handful of additions since its 2016 construction, all of which Wright Design has been priviledged to be apart of.

In 2016, the residence was certified LEED Gold, by following Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles. The design of the residence is such that it takes traditional cost effective building methods and couples them with newer materials and energy efficient systems to create a comfortable and durable modern house filled with natural light. The home is also complete with a ground source heat pump and open cell spray foam insulation that aids in its LEED certification. In addition to sustainable design, this home's first floor is designed with an open floor plan and a 20' living room with grand windows that allow the owners to enjoy their hillside location.

Once sold by the original owner, the home underwent a 2nd story expansion in (year) that provided a larger second bedroom to become the master, with a master bathroom and closet addition.

Currently, the residence is under construction for a 3rd time, adding a (---- sq. ft.) guest suite to the first floor, a covered deck, an inground pool, and hottub.
