This is a LEED Gold residence in Cincinnati.  This project follows the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and takes traditional cost effective building methods and couples them with newer materials and energy efficient systems to create a comfortable and durable modern house filled with natural light. 

Sustainable design features are Structural Insulated Panels providing R-40 walls, a Ground-source heat pump (Geothermal) for low cost heating and cooling and the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) provide a constant supply of fresh air.

This home is also designed so the owners can age-in-place, accessibility and adaptability are planned 
into the project. It has ADA compliant threshold and doors for easy entry from the front door and garage.
